The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, with Bulandshahr as the designated seat and place of arbitration. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be conclusive and binding on both parties.

This contract is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is governed by Indian laws.

10. Updating this Privacy Policy:

Upon updating this policy, the changes will take effect 30 days after the new version is posted. Continued use of our Platform implies your agreement with the modifications.

11. Miscellaneous:
